Expert Agreement

1. Expert Registration

By registering as an Expert on Accuvana, you agree to the following terms in addition to the general Terms & Conditions.

2. KYC Requirements

  • You must provide valid PAN card details.
  • You must provide valid Aadhaar or other government ID.
  • You must provide accurate bank account details for payouts.
  • False KYC information will result in immediate account termination.

3. Commission Structure

  • Accuvana deducts a platform commission (currently 10%, subject to change) from each payment received.
  • Commission rates may vary based on your plan tier.
  • You will be notified of any commission rate changes 30 days in advance.

4. TDS (Tax Deducted at Source)

  • TDS is deducted at the applicable rate (currently 10%) on your earnings as per Section 194O of the Income Tax Act.
  • TDS certificates will be made available quarterly.
  • You are responsible for filing your own income tax returns.
  • By accepting this agreement, you consent to TDS deduction on all payments.

5. Payout Terms

  • Minimum payout threshold is ₹500 (configurable by admin).
  • Payouts are processed within 3-5 business days after approval.
  • Payouts are made to the bank account or UPI ID on file.
  • You are responsible for ensuring your bank details are correct.

6. Content Guidelines

  • You must only provide advice in your area of expertise.
  • Advice must not be illegal, harmful, or misleading.
  • You retain ownership of your content but grant Accuvana a display license.
  • Accuvana may remove content that violates guidelines.

7. GST Compliance

  • If your annual turnover exceeds ₹20 lakhs, you are required to register for GST.
  • You are responsible for your own GST compliance.
  • Accuvana may collect GST on platform fees where applicable.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days notice. Upon termination, pending payouts will be processed within 30 days.
