2. Platform Description

Accuvana is an expert advice marketplace that connects users with verified experts. Users can pay experts on a "Pay What You Want" basis for advice and content.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use this Platform.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Payments

• All payments are processed through Razorpay.
• A platform commission is deducted from each payment before crediting the expert.
• TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) is deducted as per Indian tax laws.
• Minimum payment amount is ₹10.

5. Expert Obligations

• Experts must provide accurate KYC information.
• Experts are responsible for the accuracy of their advice.
• Experts must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

6. Prohibited Conduct

• Posting illegal, harmful, or misleading content.
• Impersonating another person or entity.
• Attempting to circumvent platform fees.
• Using the platform for money laundering or fraud.

7. Intellectual Property

Content posted by experts remains their intellectual property. By posting, experts grant Accuvana a non-exclusive license to display the content on the platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

Accuvana is a marketplace and does not guarantee the accuracy of expert advice. Users act on advice at their own risk.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in [Your City], India.
