1. Pay What You Want Model

Accuvana operates on a voluntary "Pay What You Want" model. Payments are made voluntarily by users to support experts.

2. Refund Eligibility

  • Technical failures: If payment was deducted but not credited due to a technical error, a full refund will be processed.
  • Duplicate payments: Accidental duplicate charges will be refunded.
  • Unauthorized transactions: If you believe a payment was made without your authorization, contact us immediately.

3. Non-Refundable

  • Voluntary payments made to experts after content has been accessed.
  • Subscription fees after the billing period has started.
  • Payments where the expert has already been paid out.

4. Refund Process

  1. Contact support at support@accuvana.com within 7 days of the transaction.
  2. Provide your transaction ID and reason for refund.
  3. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.
  4. Refunds are credited to the original payment method.

5. Disputes

If you have a dispute regarding a payment, please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We will work to resolve the issue promptly.
